Application precautions
| 1 | he spraying system (include spray gun, voltage control cabinet, spray room and chain for hanging object, etc.) should be grounded well to ensure high powder spraying ratio. The grounding wire should be buried in moist stratum to lead away the electrostatic charge for avoiding electrostatic shielding so that the spraying ratio reduced and metallic powder gathering. |
| 2 | The electrostatic gun tip should be cleaned every week and the conductive needle of the spraying gun is recommended to clean-up with the absolute ethyl alcohol to ensure the tip will provide a stable high-voltage. |
| 3 | The sieving recycle powder can be added to the fresh powder but must mixed well, and the recycle powder cannot be used to spraying alone. If the automatic recycling system is equipped with an automatic adding device, it is necessary to constantly check whether the recycling is normal. |
| 4 | The temperature of the furnace should be checked regularly to ensure the film is fully cured to achieve the best mechanical properties. |
Application precautions
| 1 | Cleaning the surface of the coating with wet sponge or soft towel dipping water, and avoiding wiping the coating with dry and hard materials. |
| 2 | Adding detergent to warm water, using towel to dip the water to wipe the coating surface to remove the dust and other dirt, do not use strong solvents or abrasive cleaners. |
| 3 | Using tap water to clean the coating surface to remove the residual detergent at last.If the grease or cementing compound remain on the surface, the organic solvent is necessary to clean, recommended solvent:ethanol, turpentine, white oil, isopropanol. |
Packaging
Carton packaging, lined with PE plastic bag, net weight 25kg.
Storage
Storing below 30℃ , ventilated, cool dry condition. Away from organic volatiles, fire and heat sources. Stacking up no more than four layers. Sealing up after use. Storage is valid for 6 months, expired products can still be used by passing the tests.
Safety and health precaution
This product is non-toxic, meet ROHS environmental indicators. But to avoid inhalation of excessive dust during application, it is necessary to wear dust mask and glasses when spraying, and to avoid skin long-term exposed in the powder.
